If you or your nominee need to make a claim under the scheme, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Inform your khadi institution or the nearest KVIC office about the incident as soon as possible.
Step 2: Collect and fill out the claim form provided by the institution or office.
Step 3: Attach all necessary documents, such as the death certificate (in case of death), disability certificate (in case of disability), proof of membership, and nominee details.
Step 4: Submit the completed claim form and documents to your khadi institution or KVIC office.
Step 5: The institution will forward your claim to LIC for processing. Once approved, the claim amount will be disbursed directly to you or the nominee.
