The National SC ST Hub Scheme was launched in October 2016, by the Prime Minister of India. It is implemented by the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) under the Ministry of MSME. The scheme aims to provide professional support to SC/ST entrepreneurs, help them fulfill obligations under government procurement policies, and adopt best business practices.
