Testing Fee Reimbursement

80% reimbursement of testing charges paid to NABL/ BIS/ Govt. approved labs, up to ₹1,00,000 per SC/ST MSE per year.

Reimbursement of membership

80% reimbursement of membership fee, up to ₹20,000 per financial year.

Reimbursement Course Fees

90% reimbursement of course fee, up to ₹1,00,000 per SC/ST MSE per year (for training at top 50 NIRF institutes).

Reimbursement of membership in Government promoted E-Commerce Portals

80% or maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per SC/ST MSE, per year.

Special Marketing Assistance Scheme (SMAS)

Eligibility Criteria for the NSSH Scheme

Eligibility

  • If you are from a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe background, you can apply for this scheme.
  • Your business must have MSME registration within India to qualify.
  • At least 51% ownership of your enterprise should be with SC/ST individuals to meet the requirement.
  • The scheme covers businesses involved in manufacturing, services, or trading sectors.
  • Holding a valid Udyam Registration or Udyog Aadhaar is essential for participation.

Non-Eligibility

  • The scheme does not cover enterprises where SC/ST ownership is less than 51%.
  • Activities outside manufacturing, services, or trading are not supported under this scheme.
